MEET GLENN

Fosters Engine & Chassis was built around a simple idea: diagnose the problem, do the work right, and treat people fairly. Glenn brings hands-on experience across automotive, diesel and heavy-duty mechanical repair—from everyday troubleshooting to major engine, transmission and chassis work. He approaches every job the same way: figure out what's actually wrong before replacing parts, explain what he finds, and make the repair the right way.

BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

Glenn's interest in mechanics started about as early as it possibly could. He began learning alongside his grandfather as a kid, and by high school he was already turning that interest into a career—co-oping with a local company specializing in diesel equipment and earning his first ASE certification at just 16 years old.

Since then, his experience has covered a wide range of mechanical work, from gasoline vehicles and ATVs to chassis work and heavy-duty equipment. Since 2021, Glenn has continued building that experience professionally at Caterpillar, while finding that his real passion is diesel engines.

Fosters Engine & Chassis wasn't originally part of some big business plan. After Glenn built his own garage, the work simply started showing up. One job led to another, weekends filled up, and word continued to spread. What began as side work grew organically until, in 2024, Glenn made it official and established Fosters Engine & Chassis.

The business may have grown, but the approach hasn't changed: understand the problem, do the work right, and build a reputation one job at a time.
